Wanted to start keeping a record of my thoughts as I start a more organized training plan for Ironman. I'm in decent shape to start but need to stay on target for the next 3 months. This year has been a real struggle for my family and I have made some unhealthy choices. In order to train the way I need to sleeping enough and eating more healthy must become priorities. Hopefully daily check in will keep me accountable.
